Orders placed after 4pm CET, will be processed the following day. Orders placed on a non working day will be processed the next working day. No deliveries will be made on Bank/ Public Holidays.
The spare parts travel at the exclusive expense of the buyer, the transport guarantee can be extended if expressly requested (all-risk insurance), the amount of said insurance will then be indicated.
The delivery date of the order is the exclusive competence of the assigned transport company. So we do not accept any responsibility for possible delays. Neither accepting the cancellation of the order or possible claims.
Shipping costs are determined based on the type, the destination address and the weight of the order. Your actual shipping charges will be displayed during checkout and will be updated if your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents change.
You cannot change a shipping destination once the order has been placed.
The buyer must verify the merchandise at the time of delivery by the transport agency and in case of visible defects, never sign the merchandise as compliant but instead make an immediate claim to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the carrier’s delivery note, and In the case of hidden damage inside the package, make the claim within the corresponding period by contacting our company (claims made afterwards will not be valid). If the merchandise has been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept it and in case of rejecting it, he must inform us immediately.
