Returns
Any return must be previously communicated to our email (info@waterpumps.tech) and be expressly accepted by our company.
Once the return has been accepted, the replacement must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and without having been used. All material return costs will be borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed with our company.
No return of parts that have been tampered with or assembled will be accepted.
The shipping and collection costs in case of return will be charged to us as long as the fault is ours, in other cases the package will be collected and the value of the postage will be deducted, as collection costs, but it will never remain ours. customer with an item they do not need.
To request any return you have to know that:
The replacement must be in perfect condition and in its corresponding packaging.
The part must not have been mounted on the vehicle, or tampered with. It must be in the same condition in which it was sent. If the product shows signs or evidence of assembly or marks due to its attempt, we will not accept the return.
The same packaging that was used for delivery or similar must be used. Do not just use the replacement packaging as a postal parcel. It is very important that you return the spare parts perfectly packaged, in case these are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Depending on the status of the returned part (incomplete, damaged, packaging in poor condition), the refund may be rejected in its entirety.
If the replacement was not the one requested or has a manufacturing defect, once it has been examined, it will be credited. The manufacturer’s warranty exclusively covers the payment of the replacement, no claims for labor or damage to third parties will be accepted.
You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 15 working days from the receipt of the returned item in our warehouse.
Once the return of a replacement has been accepted, or if a change has occurred, the difference in its value will be paid or charged, as appropriate, through bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
